Le Décryptage is a French-language news platform built for a client, designed to deliver categorised articles with a rich reader experience. The platform supports user accounts, social interactions (comments, likes, shares), a newsletter system, and a full admin dashboard — all powered by Firebase and built in two months.

The platform was designed around two distinct user experiences: a smooth, engaging reading interface for the public, and a powerful admin dashboard for content editors to manage every aspect of the site.

The entire backend is serverless, leveraging Firebase's suite of products to avoid managing infrastructure while delivering real-time updates, secure authentication, and scalable file storage.

Project Outcome
Project cancelled due to contract issues
The platform was fully built and functional but never went live. The project was cancelled following a contract dispute with the client before launch. The codebase remains a strong demonstration of a production-ready, full-featured news platform delivered in under two months.
